Cooking often takes various forms and shapes, and of the many techniques, its common to add a few extra ingredients to improve the flavor of the food being prepared. For many people, spices are a to-go-to item regardless of the occasion. However, some spices have over time evolved to become a must have in any kitchen.

As a culinary enthusiast, I have tried various spices, and can never get enough of them. In fact, I have carefully organized my favorites ones in an easy-to-reach area in my kitchen, just to ensure I don’t forget using them in my main meals
